6. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Risk of loss passes to you

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will do our best to help you work with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement in all cases.
